Initial Consultation

If an in-person visit isn’t feasible, a Zoom or phone call serves as an excellent alternative. Armed with the insights from this discussion, we craft a detailed and transparent fee proposal. This document outlines the scope of our services, the design approach, and the associated fees, giving you a clear roadmap for the journey ahead.
Client Brief
Once our proposal is accepted, we’ll arrange a dedicated meeting to refine and finalize the Design Brief. This step is all about understanding you—your style, lifestyle, aspirations, and the vision driving your project. Together, we’ll also align on key details such as timelines and budget, ensuring every element reflects your needs and expectations.

At this stage, the proposed designs are finalized and “frozen” to ensure a smooth progression. To avoid delays or additional fees, it’s essential that at least 90% of design decisions are made, allowing the project to move forward efficiently without interruptions.
Procurement

Once the design is approved, we handle every detail, creating a comprehensive list of all the furniture, materials, fixtures, and decor needed for the project.
